Ins Story Repost for Instagram App Reviews

Was recommended this app to save some old pics from Instagram. Couldnt do it without "coins".

I was using this app like 2 hrs ago and it was working just fine now its telling me Im not a sandbox client whatever that is itll say error and give me some random numbers I really relied on these apps can anybody explain to me whats going on I would give it 5 stars but this is just crazy all the repost apps are doing it
